United Kingdom

Ever since I was little, I dreamt of going to London and that dream finally came true. I was lucky enough to experience the city and all of its wonder. But what took me by surprise was my trip to Stonehenge, which left me speechless and more curious than ever…

City Life

The busy rush of London’s streets

Many agree is a New York type of feel.

Broadway signs and skyscrapers are lit up after dark.

But wait there is a giant spinning wheel.

Oh, and there is the tube.

To sit and travel underground.

Maybe to take to say hi to Big Ben

I am sure he will have time.

Oh in London, Oh in London,

Where the globe theatre lies

Where Shakespeare’s words

of tragedy and comedy come to life.

I forgot to mention there is a palace:

Buckingham.

It’s big and beautiful where guards stand tall.

Protecting the country’s leader.

Oh yes, a Queen after all.

So before there is assumption

That New York and London are alike

Travel both and pay attention and

use your eye (wink).

Country Life

Luscious green pasture.

Cows and sheep graze.

Walk up a mile and a half or two.

Spotted out of nowhere.

Thousands of people gather.

Stones that weigh tons.

Perfectly placed.

Unknown.

The sun and stars align.

A phenomenon of nature.

A marvel unsolved.

Ireland

Ireland was the trip that if anything could go wrong, it did. This trip also helped me to realize that no matter what, things happen. However, there is always something great that can emerge from an experience.

A Day of the Irish

Drinking a Guinness

Eating corned beef and cabbage

The Ireland way
